Very welcoming and attentive.
Really helpful, informative.
Kind and caring.
The opportunity to ask lots of questions and get information was very helpful.
All staff was very friendly and we were well kept informed about further appointments/visits. Everything was well co-ordinated.
We felt if partners could be allowed to stay longer in the post natal ward that could be great.
Visit from midwife day after discharge from hospital is really good.
I saw Dr Coldrey today for a follow-up dermatology appointment. The receptionist greeted me in a very friendly and efficient way and warmly invited me to take a seat. I was seen on time (in fact a couple of minutes early). I noted that Dr Coldrey called me by my surname, Mr -, and did not presume to call me by my first name. Dr Coldrey was very clear in his instructions regarding what I needed to do. Both he and his nurse assistant, Amy (?) Carteret were very welcoming and professional. I was a bit concerned that the treatment room didn't have a dedicated refuse bin for clinical waste as I had to remove a bandage on my ulcer so that Dr Coldrey could examine it. Overall a really good experience and I would come again. A choice of coffees (e.g. latte, mocha) and biscuits after the consultation would be the icing on the cake!
Friend staff, professional, smiling.
